Jeanrichard

watchmaker since 1681

JEANRICHARD is a watchmaker company which has inherited from Daniel Jeanrichard, a visionary Swiss watchmaker who designed his very first watch in 1681.

In 2012, the brand has been revived with the help of Kering group. To revitalize the brand, JEANRICHARD has decided to entirely redesign its communication.


history

With a new market and new perspectives in mind, we have redesigned the whole of JEANRICHARD digital communication : web, mobile and promotional videos. We give to the internet user and the public in general the keys to identify himself to a gentleman traveller. Each watch becomes like a companion in his journey on land, sea, air or even in the heart of a metropolis.

The digital communication is a journey that the internet user can make thanks to a vectorial navigation : departing and returning, allegory of a journey, and cyclic : round / perpetual, allegory of the world, of time and by consequence of the product : JEANRICHARD watch.

method

Each graphic element is treated so as to convey the idea of a journey : the log book, the road map, the map itself and the stamp.
The texture of the paper recalls that of the Moleskin. The colours are both natural and mineral : stable beige, grey stone, ocher ground.

The typographies bring to mind a person's hand writing memories of travels and the font is a reminder of Commodity Boxes

experience

The experience is an invitation to purchase the watch that will suit one's daily or extraordinary adventure.
The digital communication is a digital journey through the watch notebook, the stylized map with the different points of sale and the news roadmaps.

The promotional videos show that JEANRICHARD is more than a simple manufacture : It offers a new « philosophy of life », illustrated by its ambassadors, the true gentlemen of nowadays world.
